Welcome back to another edition of The Museletter!

This version is slightly different in format, not really because I had some fantastic idea for changing things around but mostly because I couldn't get the layout to work like I would have wished.  Computers... time saving devices... hmmmmm...  Anyway, very glad to be writing to you all again in every corner of the world!  We have some very exciting additions to our repertoire going on, and a very very full touring schedule throughout the end of this year (thank you Tanya!) so scroll down to page two for this month's events, and keep an eye on the website for updates and future tours!

Any of you who know us, know that we are ever trying to improve at what we do here, from new songs, to new arrangements for very old songs, upgrading our sound system to updating the website!  With that in mind, we are looking to get set up with our new domain name. We will be slowly switching from www.renaissancechic.com that you all know and love, to our new domain name at www.themusesmusic.com (and don't bother checking it out just yet... did I mention this will be a slow process?) though I think we will always keep the old renaissancechic one as well since it's what we have had for so long on everything from banners to bumper stickers!  If any of you have fantastic ideas for changes you would like to see to our website (or if any of you happen to be professional website artists who might like to donate some effort into getting us on our way...) please let us know!

The year has been quite full for us so far, lots of exciting places, friendly faces, and memories to carry with us and embed into new songs!  Thank you all for your support and for enjoying the music so much!  We are always touched by the friendly e-mails and letters you send, it really makes what we do extraordinary for us.  We are nearly booked solid throughout the end of this year, but have lots of work to do yet on 2007.  We have been enjoying playing for libraries, conferences, conventions, Celtic Festivals, and regular concerts!  We are looking into playing for more universities (they tend to have larger auditoriums and we enjoy the enthusiastic crowds) so if you know of a college or University near you that you think would enjoy a Muses Concert... please find out who would be in charge of booking it and send us their information!  It's a sure-fire way to get to see us soon in person... book gigs for us in your area!  =)

We look forward to seeing you on the road soon!

That finishes out 2006 for The Muses, but we are booking 2007 now including Florida, Vancouver, Seattle, and much more!

We hope to see you whever you may be, and wish you the very best of endings to 2006, there's plenty of time for dream chasing yet this year  =)  Remember, if you want us to come play closer to you, send us some contact information for venues close by, and you can -always- set up a house concert!  See our website for details:
