Tramps and Hawkers is the debut album from The Muses, Tanya Brody and Matthew Gurnsey. The husband and wife team have created a wonderful mix of traditonal and new songs including Gypsy Hawk written by Matt, the traditional Band O' Shearers smartened up, and Tom Waits' The Briar and The Rose performed in a beautiful accapella arrangement. Tanya and Matt play upwards of 12 instruments between the two of them on this album and blend their voices wonderfully, showing their versatility as well as their skill. This album is a must in anyone's collection.
